PROJECT

SOFIAC France (Société de Financement et d’accompagnement en performance énergétique) is a financing vehicle dedicated to the implementation of energy efficiency projects in the tertiary, industrial and multi-residential sectors. These projects will, aim to reduce the energy costs and the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of SOFIAC France customers’ facilities.

SOFIAC offers a one-stop shop, with no investment required on the part of companies: SOFIAC takes charge of setting up all the measures and equipment, and reimbursement is based on the shared gains resulting from the energy savings made over a given period.

ADEME Investissement was involved in the creation of SOFIAC France alongside Mirova and Fondaction to replicate in France the success of SOFIAC in Canada.
