Our Investment Committee is composed of representatives of three entities :
the General Secretariat for Investment (SGPI – Prime Minister Office), the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition and the Ministry of Economy and Finance
- A responsive decision-making process: ADEME Investissement’s decision-making process is based on regular committees that are called on at different stages in a project (go/no go, due diligence, financial commitment).
- A strong partnership with ADEME: privileged access to the expertise and technical and sector-based skills of ADEME‘s teams to analyse and structure projects.
- Support from public authorities: ADEME Investissement’s Supervisory Board is made up of five members representing three public entities: the SGPI (General Secretariat for Investment), the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The SGPI chairs the Supervisory Board. ADEME Investissement is chaired by ADEME, itself represented by its Chairman.
